Leadership Experience

- Appointed by the FDIC as a receiver in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois
Global Expertise
Completed the World Bank’s Housing Finance in Emerging Markets training and played a key role in developing Poland’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Additionally, served as a liaison between the Polish Housing Development Authority and Fannie Mae, providing consultancy on establishing a secondary mortgage market in Poland (2002-2004).
Specialized Services
As court-appointed receiver, we manage a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate under judicial jurisdiction, overseeing a range of properties, including industrial, office, retail, and residential development sites. Our responsibilities include developing turnaround strategies and tenant acquisition programs during judicial foreclosure proceedings, ensuring legal compliance through regular court appearances and detailed reports. Additionally, we handle leasing negotiations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth and effective management of each property.
