Illinois Receiver
Appointed pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure 735 ILCS 5, Section 15. The Office of the Illinois Receiver has the ability to bring together people and resources needed within 24 hours of a court ordered receivership to assume control and management of any asset. We are able to define the situation and quickly take control when engaged.
Serving Illinois: Cook County, Lake County, DuPage County, Kendall County, McHenry County, Will County, and Kane County
Also serving as Florida Receiver in: Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County.

Mr. Arthur R. van der Vant, the Illinois Receiver serves as a Special Commissioner in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, and as a Receiver in Illinois State Courts.
The Illinois Receiver has completed all registration requirements as specified in Chapter 805 ILCS 405/0.01: Cook County Certificate No. D10122483; Lake County Certificate on file; Du Page County Certificate No. 66900; Kendall County Certificate No. 4314; McHenry County Certificate No. 17213, Will County Certificate No. 26717; and Kane County Certificate No. B19543.
