Mr. Arthur R. van der Vant, Illinois Receiver appointed pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure 735 ILCS 5, Section 15-1704, Mr. Arthur R. van der Vant is acting as a  Receiver and Assignee in Illinois State and Federal Courts.

Mr. van der Vant completed all requirements as specified in Chapter 805 ILCS 405/0.01: Cook County Certificate No. D10122483; Lake County Certificate on file; Du Page County Certificate No. 66900; Kendall County Certificate No. 4314; McHenry County Certificate No. 17213, Will County Certificate No. 26717; and Kane County Certificate No. B19543.

Mr. Arthur R. van der Vant primarily serves  the Circuit Court of Cook County; the Circuit Court for Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Lake County; the Circuit Court for Eighteenth Judicial Circuit DuPage County and, the United States District Court of Northern District of Illinois.  As an Officer of the Court, Mr. van der Vant works closely with judges and attorneys.
