Appointed pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure 735 ILCS 5, Section 15, Mr. Arthur R. van der Vant is acting as a Special Commissioner in Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division; Assignee; Selling Officer, Receiver, and Independent Administrator in State Courts of Illinois: Cook County, Lake County, DuPage County, McHenry County, Kendell County, Will County, and Kane County.

Mr. van der Vant completed all requirements as specified in Chapter 805 ILCS 405/0.01: Cook County Certificate No. D10122483; Lake County Certificate on file; Du Page County Certificate No. 66900; Kendall County Certificate No. 4314; McHenry County Certificate No. 17213, Will County Certificate No. 26717; and Kane County Certificate No. B19543.
